An assistant that knows your compliance work and the norms behind it
Clav AI Assistant reads your frameworks, evidence, deadlines and certification review, and the official text of the Banco Central norms your frameworks cite. Ask in plain language and it answers with links that open each evidence. It also reviews documents against their requirement and proposes changes that only happen after you confirm.

What it does
Questions about your own work
What is left for me, how each framework is going, which evidence is overdue, what a colleague did this week. Every evidence in the answer is a link that opens it.
The norm behind each requirement
It reads the official text of the resolutions, normative instructions and laws your frameworks cite, article by article, and says when an article is about to change.
Document review
Compares the attached files with the requirement and the expected evidence. Findings are graded blocking, warning or informational and quote the passage and page.
Checked by a second model
A model from another provider tries to refute each finding, and blocking findings go to a panel of models before they reach you.
Changes only after you confirm
It can fill in an information evidence, attach a link, duplicate an evidence or remember a fact for the organization. Each change shows up as a card, and nothing is written until you click Confirm.
The certification review in one question
What the auditor approved or sent back, what they wrote on each evidence and which returns are waiting for you.
Example: reviewing an asset segregation policy
We wrote a fictitious asset segregation policy with gaps on purpose and attached it to the evidence that BCB Resolution 520/2025, article 30, asks for. The review read the PDF and returned 8 findings, 5 of them blocking, each one tied to the article it fails and quoting the page.
- Proof of reserves described only as a periodic reconciliation
- Internal annual audit instead of a biennial independent audit with public report
- No officer designated for the segregation
- Draft still pending board approval

What happens when you ask
- 1
You ask in the chat
In Portuguese or English, the way you would ask a colleague.
- 2
The assistant looks it up
It queries your organization's data and the norm library, and shows each step while it works.
- 3
You get an answer you can check
Evidence comes as links, norms come with the article cited, and findings quote the page of the document.
- 4
You decide on any change
Proposed changes wait for Confirm or Cancel. The rest of the work stays with your team.
Built for regulated data
- Only sees the organization you are working in
- Requests go only to model providers that don't keep or train on the content
- Passwords and keys pasted in the chat are hidden before storage
- Each organization has a monthly allowance of AI credits, with a warning at 80%
- Files stored with client-side encryption can't be reviewed, because the server can't read them
Frequently asked questions
No. It reads freely, but any change appears as a card with what will be written, and only happens after you click Confirm. Uploading files, completing evidence and changing statuses stay with your team.
The norms your frameworks cite in their legal basis, downloaded from the Banco Central and the Planalto and refreshed every day, plus the norms that will amend them. It quotes the article it relies on and says so when a norm is outside the library, instead of answering from memory.
Requests go only to providers that commit not to keep or train on the content. The assistant also works only inside the organization you are logged into.
In AI credits. Each organization has a monthly allowance; owners and admins see how much was used, get an email at 80% and sending pauses at 100% until the allowance renews.
No. It speeds up the work and shows where each answer comes from, but someone on your team should check what it says before anything goes to a regulator or an auditor.
