How did Clav start?
Clav is a spin-off of Paiva Gomes Advogados, a boutique law firm in São Paulo recognized by Leaders League as an Excellent Law Firm in Blockchain & Cryptocurrency. paivagomes.adv.br
The framework came first. Paiva Gomes Advogados mapped the regulatory requirements, structured the controls and organized what the rules actually demand from anyone who wants to operate. The product came after, built to put that framework to work.
Why does Clav exist?
The crypto-asset market in Brazil matured and regulation arrived, but much of the compliance work still happened in spreadsheets and improvised processes. Clav brings that work into a single platform, where the team tracks each requirement and the evidence it calls for.
